At Slap That Patch, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all our customers. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Dispatch Timeline

Orders Placed After 19th May 2026

All orders placed after 19th May 2026 will be dispatched within 7 days from our end.

If an order is not dispatched within this timeline, the customer will be eligible for a refund upon request.

Orders Placed Before 19th May 2026

Due to certain operational challenges, some older orders are facing delays. Our team is actively working on dispatching these orders as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • Every valid order will be delivered.
  • We request customers to allow our team some additional time while we clear the backlog.

Important Shipping Information

  • Dispatches are processed only on working days. No dispatches take place on weekends or public holidays.
  • In cases where our primary courier partner is unavailable at your pincode, we may use an alternate logistics provider, which can increase delivery timelines.
  • Festivals, stock delays, operational issues, or logistical challenges may occasionally affect dispatch and delivery timelines.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order enters the packaging stage, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking updates may take some time to reflect after label generation, as the shipment status updates only after the parcel is scanned at the courier partner’s warehouse.
  • Sometimes tracking may temporarily show “Shipment Cancelled.” This does not mean your order has been cancelled. In such cases, our team generates a new shipping label and reprocesses the shipment.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is returned to us because of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailable for delivery
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Any other issue beyond our control

then our team will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.


Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

We take utmost care in packaging every order. However, if you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • an incorrect item,
  • or your package is lost in transit,

please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and share a proper unpacking video clearly showing the shipping label and package opening.

Please note:

  • An unpacking video is mandatory for any damage/missing item claim.
  • Without an unpacking video, we may not be able to process the request.

If your tracking status shows Delivered but you have not received the package, please contact us within 24 hours of the status update so we can escalate the matter with the logistics partner.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Apart from the dispatch delay condition mentioned above for post-19th May orders, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order is placed.

If there is any issue with a delivered order, our customer support team will review and resolve it through our official WhatsApp support channel.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion without prior explanation.
