At Slap That Patch, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience for our valued customers. This Delivery Policy outlines important information regarding shipping, delivery times, tracking, and other related details. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order to ensure a smooth and satisfactory delivery process.

 

  1. Order Dispatch timeline is approximate 15 working days
  2. Dispatches do not happen on Weekends.
  3. In case Shipment is not available at your pincode, we will ship the parcel via alternate logistic partner. This may lead to longer delivery timeline.
  4. Stock delays, festivals off, logistical or operational challenges may cause some delays in above mentioned timelines.
  5. Once Order is in packaging status, you will receive a tracking link on your email. The status of tracking link will change once the package is scanned in logistic partner's warehouse.
  6. Sometimes the tracking link shows status as "shipment cancelled". Please note that the shipment cancellation does not implies order cancellation. In this case our team will generate new shipping label for your order.
  7. In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, refusal of the package, or any other reason beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
  8. Damaged or Lost Packages: We take utmost care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order. However, if you receive a damaged package or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours and share the unpacking video. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome. Please note that Unpacking video which clearly shows shipping label is mandatory, without which we will not be able to help.
  9. If you order not delivered but the tracking status is showing delivered, do reachout to us within 24 hours of status change. We will escalate to the logistic partner and resolve it on priority.
